TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CASTROL ULTIMATE TEAM SHOUT PROMOTION WITH MITSUBISHI MOTORS NZ 2017

  1. This promotion is only open to Mitsubishi Motors NZ Dealerships purchasing Castrol or MSL products under the Mitsubishi Trading Scheme.
  2. To participate every Dealership must register their details at www.winwithcastrol.co.nz/mitsubishi
  3. There are 2 promotions running (Promotion 1 and Promotion 2)
  4. Promotion 1
    1. This promotion runs in two quarters, the first quarter from 1 July 2017 to 30 September 2017. The second quarter from 1 October 2017 to 31 December 2017.
    2. To qualify for entry each dealership needs to purchase a minimum of 200 litres of Castrol or MSL products in each quarter of the promotional period.
    3. For every 200 litres of Castrol or MSL product you will receive one entry into the quarterly prize draw. There are two quarterly prize draws during this promotion. The more you purchase the more entries your Dealership will gain into the draw, one entry per 200 litres.
    4. To gain additional entries there will be monthly challenge questions on the website www.winwithcastrol.co.nz/mitsubishi one extra entry per correct question.
    5. A maximum of two people per dealership can register for the promotion to participate in the online monthly challenges.
    6. The first quarterly winner will be drawn at random on Monday 2 October 2017 from the entries received into the promotion during 1 July 2017 – 30 September 2017. The second quarterly winner will be drawn at random on Monday 15 January 2018 from the entries received into the promotion during 1 October 2017 – 31 December 2017.
    7. The prize from Mitsubishi Motors NZ is $1,000 preloaded Prezzy Card, which can be used for any purchase that accepts Visa electronically. Further Terms & Conditions regarding the use of the Prezzy Card can be found at https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-conditions/
    8. There are two prizes available, each prize a $1,000 preloaded Prezzy Card. One prize will be won in each quarter of the promotion (there are two quarters).
    9. Each quarter a new promotion begins. Entries from the first quarter, finishing 30 September 2017, do not carry over to the second quarter which starts 1 October 2017.
  5. Promotion 2
    1. This promotion runs from 1 July 2017 to 30 September 2017.
    2. To qualify for entry each dealership needs to purchase a minimum of 200 litres of Castrol or MSL products in each quarter of the promotional period.
    3. For every 200 litres of Castrol or MSL product you will receive one entry into the Promotion 2 prize draw. The more you purchase the more entries your Dealership will gain into the draw, one entry per 200 litres.
    4. The winner will be drawn at random on Friday 6 October 2017 from the entries received into the promotion during 1 July 2017 – 30 September 2017.
    5. The prize from Castrol NZ is a trip for two (Dealer Principal and Service Manager only) including flights, accommodation, and Corporate hospitality in the Castrol box at the Pukekohe round of the V8 Supercars from 4th-5th November 2017

  7. The prize winning dealerships consent to their name and their photographs being used for publicity and promotional purposes.

  9. Employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of Castrol NZ, BP Oil New Zealand Limited and associated advertising or promotional agencies and those employees’ immediate families are not eligible to enter.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, neither Castrol NZ nor any person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to, consequential loss) as a result of participating in this promotion or using any part of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
